FARMINGTON, CT
We are urgently seeking an Oncology Outpatient Traveler RN.  This is a 13 week assignment beginning ASAP.

Shift
:
Five - Eight Hour Days (8:00am-5:00pm) OR:
Four - Ten Hour Days (7:30am–6:00pm)

No Weekends Required


Skill Set Required
:  Oncology experience, ambulatory experience, knowledge of chemotherapy to work in the Outpatient Infusion Center.  
*Must be chemo-certified.



***IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR CARDIAC STEP-DOWN TRAVELER - NIGHTS***
FARMINGTON, CT

We have an urgent need for a Cardiac Step-down Unit RN Traveler. 13 weeks, 7:00pm - 7:30am, every third weekend.

Skill set: Telemetry certified. Medical surgical as well as cardiology/telemetry experience to include: Care of PTCA's, MI's, heart failure, pacemakers, AICD, arterial sheaths. Experience with the following IV medications: Nitroglycerin, Flolan, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Natrecor, Amiodarone.



***IMMEDIATE NEED FOR TWO (2) ICU DAY SHIFT POSITIONS***
FARMINGTON, CT

We currently have two (2) ICU Traveler Positions available. 7 :00am - 7:30pm positions, 13 week assignments, working every third weekend. Skill Set: Critical Care Experience to include: Ventilator care, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Vasopressor Therapy and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Therapy. Cardiac, Cardiothoracic and Pulmonary hypertension patient population along with Vascular, Medical, Surgical and Neurosurgical patients.



FEATURED TRAVEL NURSING OPPORTUNITIES IN CONNECTICUT:
FAIRFIELD, CT
Respiratory Therapist Traveler.This position is approximately for 13 weeks.  7:00pm to 7:30am, every other weekend.

Oncology/Outpatient RN
Outpatient Cancer Center Clinic has 2 positions available:
(1) GYN Oncology
(2) Hematology Oncology
Oncology experience, ambulatory experience, knowledge of chemotherapy and how to administer chemotherapy. Triage of phone calls, side effect management, care coordination.  Preferably have Oncology Nurse Society Certification “ONS”.
For the GYN Oncology position, it would be helpful to have a RN with surgical experience to assist with preops.


Cardiac Step-down Unit Traveler
7:00pm - 7:30am, every third weekend. Skill set: Telemetry certified. Medical surgical as well as cardiology/telemetry experience to include: Care of PTCA's, MI's, heart failure, pacemakers, AICD, arterial sheaths. FARMINGTON, CT
2 Cardiac Cath RNs
13 week, full-time 10 hour day assignment. Requires on call one to two nights call per week and every 3rd to 4th weekend. Hours 7:00am-5:30pm. Skill Set: Critical Care Experience required in addition to 1-2 years of  Interventional Cath Lab experience. Traveler should be proficient in administration of Conscious sedation, IABP management, hemodynamic monitoring, competency in use of vasopressor therapy and intracoronary medications.  Scrub proficiency preferred.

Critical Care Float Travel Nurses
We have an urgent need for three (3) Critical Care Float Travel Nurses in Connecticut.  They should be able to float between the Emergency Room, PACU, ICU and CSDU.  Every 3rd weekend. There are needs for 7a-7p as well as 7p-7a.
Skill Set:  Telemetry, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certified.  Critical Care experience to include: Ventilator Care, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Vasopressor Therapy.  Cardiac, Cardiothoracic and Pulmonary hypertension patient population along with Vascular, Medical, Surgical and Neurosurgical patients.  Experience  required with the following IV medications:  Nitroglycerin, Flolan, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Natrecor, Amiodarone.  Strong computer skills and excellent interpersonal skills required.


Neuro Travel Nurse
Neuro unit in CT is looking for an experienced RN to fill a travel assignment for 7a-7p as well as 7p-7a.

ER Travel Nurse
Must have current CT RN license, are three to five years ED experience, preferably in a mid-sized or larger facility. They need BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications.  They must be patient-focused, with strong Critical Care nursing skills.  Also must possess interpersonal and strong computer skills, with preferred experience with use of electronic documentation systems.  Must be able to function in the triage role. This is a  12 hour day position, 36 hours per week, 1:00pm-1:30am, every third weekend.    

OR Nurse
OR nurse needed M-F 7a-3p.  This can be either a 13 week assignment or a permanent placement assignment.
